These Terms of Service govern your use of the OSEVRA website and purchases made through it (together, the "Services"). In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to OSEVRA. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Eligibility and account information

You represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account.

Products and product information

We aim to display product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography can affect how color and packaging appear. Product packaging, fragrance characteristics, ingredient information, and availability may change. Please review the product page and physical product label before use.

OSEVRA fragrances are for external use only. Follow the product-label directions and safety warnings. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep away from heat and flame.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order where permitted by law, including because of suspected fraud, pricing, inventory, shipping errors, or restrictions. If we cancel an accepted order after payment, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information.

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Shipping methods, charges, delivery estimates, and free-shipping conditions are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping availability may be limited for products requiring special transport handling.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services unlawfully, interfere with the Services, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or payment information, infringe another person's rights, or transmit harmful code or content.

Intellectual property

The Services and their content, including branding, text, images, product photography, and design, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only.

Third-party services

The Services may use third-party providers, including payment, fulfillment, shipping, and website-service providers. A third-party provider's service may be governed by its own terms and privacy notice.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not exclude warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
